Absolute Yachts never misses an opportunity to demonstrate its unique approach to luxury boating at every show it attends. This was also the case at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2024held from October 30 to November 3. The show is the world’s largest outdoor boating event, with over 1,000 brands, more than 1,300 boats on display, over 100,000 visitors and an estimated economic impact of $1.79 billion.
Among the leading exhibitors was Absolute Yachts, which presented no less than cinq models of its fleet, including the Navetta 70, which made its U.S. debut, attracting public attention thanks to its innovative, avant-garde design. Other Absolute models on display included the Navetta 75, 52 Fly, Navetta 52 and Navetta 48.
With its exceptional appearance, full range of services and excellent cruising comfort, the Navetta 70 was one of the absolute protagonists at FLIBS 2024. Its spacious interiors reflect Absolute Yachts’usual excellence in the use of high-quality natural materials, with a sophisticated color palette based on white, black and gray, enriched by bronze and stainless steel details. The large windows offer exceptional sea views, also visible from the exterior spaces, notably from the remarkably spacious flybridge, which comprises a sequence of perfectly integrated spaces: the high-tech helm station, the dining areas with table, the outdoor kitchen, the wet bara retractable awning for shade and a rear relaxation area with furniture that can be repositioned at will.
Alongside the Navetta 70 was the Navetta 75currently the flagship of the fleet Absolute Yachts, awarded the World Yacht Trophies 2022 for “Best Interior Design” at the Cannes Yachting Festival. Thanks to its avant-garde marine architecture, where every construction detail amplifies contact with the marine environment, the Navetta 75 appears much larger than its actual length. Distinctive features include large bay windows, sliding doors, sumptuous interiors with careful lighting, elegant fittings made with the finest materials by Italian craftsmen, and a sense of space optimized by adequate headroom and limited use of steps. Outside, the decks offer a combination of comfort and flexibility, with modular furniture that can be repositioned to suit the occasion, retractable awnings for shade, and a convenient swimming platform for access to the sea and water games.
LAbsolute 52 Fly made a comeback at FLIBS 2024, after its first presentation in Miami last year. Far more spacious and equipped than other boats in its class, the 52 Fly from Absolute Yachts consistently surprises with its enormous sense of space, with a superbly detailed saloon connected to a well-equipped galley, featuring a large pantry and a large fridge-freezer. The full-width owner’s cabin forward maximizes tranquility and privacy, while the VIP cabin amidships boasts a luxurious layout worthy of a second owner’s cabin. The interior is completed by a third cabin with single beds and a multifunctional crew cabin. Outside, there’s a cockpit terrace with open balustrades for stunning sea views, a magnificent flybridge always appreciated by owners and guests for its privileged views and full furnishings, as well as the bow area with sunbeds, sofas and table.
With the Navetta 52Absolute won the Adriatic Boat of the Year in the 51 to 60-foot category. Its architecture is specifically designed to guarantee optimum sailing pleasure in all conditions. Absolute Yachts’attention to detail ensures a high level of habitability in all its spaces, from the flybridge with its high-tech helm station surrounded by sofas, outdoor galley, dining table and sundeck, to the sunbathing areas forward for relaxation and conviviality. Inside, the main salon with its large picture windows offers 360° panoramic sea views. Interior space on the lower deck is optimized by sliding doors and generous headroom in the three guest cabins. These include a spacious full-beam owner’s cabin amidships, with a finely appointed private bathroom, a VIP cabin forward offering a high level of luxury and elegance, and a third cabin with two single beds. As with all Absolute yachts, the materials used are of the highest quality, and the Volvo Penta IPS propulsion system offers excellent performance with well-controlled fuel consumption.
Finally, the Navetta 48 eloquently expresses all the characteristics of Absolute Yachts’unique approach to nautical design, optimizing space and luminosity to offer an unforgettable experience on board. Exceptional comfort, vast storage space and a constant sense of class and luxury, thanks to the high-quality materials used throughout, are the main features of this yacht. All interiors are enhanced by panoramic views and high ceilings, offering an impression of generous space that far exceeds the boat’s dimensions. The saloon, in particular, includes a spacious galley, ideally located in relation to the cockpit, where the owner enjoys exceptional visibility thanks to a windshield with no central pillars. A side door provides quick access to the deck, offering added convenience when mooring. The interiors of the Navetta 48 include a forward owner’s cabin with a double bed, private bathroom, separate shower and dressing room; a VIP cabin serving as a second owner’s cabin thanks to its facilities, a third cabin with single beds, and a fourth cabin aft, which can be used for an additional guest or crew member.
